Missed, damaged or delayed loads

All the efforts of Iran Airtour Airlines were to bring the passenger's load in a safe and complete manner at the destination of the passenger's arrival. However, it's rarely ever the case that a passenger's load is damaged or missing, in which case the following explanations are provided:

  • If you have not received your cargo at the destination, you must contact the destination with the missing and missing items. Your information and time information will be given to you in the system and a file or referral will be given to you.
  • If, after 5 days of loss, the passenger's load is not found, the report will be completed for lost and damaged loads and will be made to pay damages.
